These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ports & Routes platform available at portsandroutes.com ("Service"), operated by Ports & Routes ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Ports & Routes provides container shipping intelligence data, including transit time statistics, port profiles, route analysis, and related tools. Data is derived from AIS vessel tracking records and is provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. The Service should not be the sole basis for commercial or operational decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@portsandroutes.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, either personally or on behalf of a business.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service is offered under the following plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All data, software, design, and content on the Service is owned by or licensed to Ports & Routes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ports & Routes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the service provider's jurisdiction.
