What counts as a container record?
One container record is a single full route data pull — origin, destination, transit time breakdown, and vessel leg details. Browsing the map and chatbot queries do not count toward your limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What is human agent support?
Pro users can email our team directly with route questions, data requests, or interpretation help. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
When is the AI chatbot coming?
We're actively building it. Pro subscribers will get access first, at no extra cost, as soon as it launches.
