Common questions
What counts as a route lookup?
One lookup is a full route data pull — origin, destination, transit-time breakdown, and vessel-leg details — whether you run it from the route finder or open it in the route dashboard. Browsing the map does not count, and revisiting a route you've already looked up in the same period doesn't count again.
What's the difference between a lookup and a download?
A lookup shows you the route data on screen. A download is an XLSX workbook of the underlying records you can keep. Downloads are counted as files, not rows — one export is one download however large it is. Free includes 1 a month, Pro 5, Enterprise unlimited. The count resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What is human agent support?
Pro users can email our team directly with route questions, data requests, or interpretation help. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
